We are glad to offer free worldwide shipping by FedEx, USPS, DHL, and DPD

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–8 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time varies by location, but can be estimated as follows:

● United States: 3–5 business days

● Europe: 6–8 business days

● Australia: 2–14 business days

● Japan: 4–8 business days

● International: 10–20 business days

  • All shipping times exclude clearance and customs delays.
  • All total purchase prices are excluding customs duties, import fees, or any other local charges. 

We take responsibility for the environment by reducing overproduction. Therefore, everything is made to order, creating less waste than conventional manufacturing, resulting in a little longer delivery time.

How are your products made and shipped?

We work with different suppliers in the USA, Canada, Europe, and Mexico, so depending on where you are, your orders are shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Will my items be shipped in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  1. Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  2. Ask your local post office if they have your package
  3. Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, contact us with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Free Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping is automatically calculated at checkout for eligible products.
  • Certain items, including wall canvases, candles, daypacks, duffle bags, and gym bags, are excluded from free international shipping due to special handling, size, or weight considerations.
  • These excluded items still receive free shipping within the US.
  • Shipping rates for international orders on excluded items reflect actual delivery costs to ensure safe handling and quality.
  • Free shipping is a promotional offer and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

P Blue is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
